First Week: 3.8 pounds :D
It's my first week on MFP and I already lost 3.8 pounds! But the best part, I worked out (The bar method) 4 times this week and I already feel stronger and sexier ;) I also eat a lot healtier, 5 portions of fruits and 5 portions of veggies, 8 to 10 glasses of water.
