So far this thing has been relatively easy.... Sticking to 1300/1400 calories a day, eating within my macros. Question on BMR & defecit
Hi guys, I just googled and apparently my BMR is 1577. I've been eating around 1300 calories a day including burning about 200 cals a day doing exercise DVDs. Is this about right?? Thanks

I've always tended to have a bit of a binge on weigh in day if i've lost weight to sort of 'treat' myself... Tips for snacks instead of fruit?
Ok, so an idea to why I haven't been losing weight is that I am consuming too much sugar.... I usually have apples and bananas daily which is a huge source of this sugar. Can anyone give me ideas for different snacks that aren't full of sugar? Thanks in advance!
