My boyfriend struggles to eat healthily; he's been brought up to eat meat based meals and junk food, which obviously isn't his fault. Filling but healthy meals?!
One of my biggest struggles is that when I eat a healthy meal, such as a chicken salad, I always find I'm starving a little while after (sometimes straight away!), which leads to me snacking or, sometimes, eating an entirely separate meal! Nervous Newcomer!
I'm terrible at sticking to diets, and apps/sites like this one petrify me. What if I eat too much? Shall I not log it but feel bad about myself?
