start over if you need to
Like most of us, because our lives are so busy, it can be hard to go a full 3 weeks without fast food, soda or sugars. Go as many days as you can, and if something pops up, if you give into that muffin or breakfast burrito, DON'T GIVE UP. Just start the next day back at day 1, and start your 21 days from there.

how did everyone do on their first day? Me? not so good. I had white bread with my breakfast, didn't even think about it until I was almost finished eating. So, I'm starting over on day 1 today.

I was proud of myself for being able to go that long…

hello to all
:flowerforyou: I have used MFP in the past with success, but, after losing heart, I gave up. This time I'm back with a new name and new attitude. I'm hoping to get lots of support in helping me reach my goal weight. I've always be curvy, and I like being that way. I don't have any desire to be skinny or have a thigh gap. I…
