You should be ok. most restaurants had at least a few good choices. Don't worry yourself too much about it though. As long as it's not on the list, you're good. And if you do eat something on the list, just start back the next day. As Scarlet O'hara said, 'Tomorrow is another day'.

Anyway, the list doesn't say no hot dogs or potato salad. as long as you didn't eat chips ur ok.
-
LOL, it's ok..... you'll get there. i'm struggling tonight.
-
It's harder than it sounds, one day at a time, you can do it!
-
i like your way of thinking.... I eat popcorn that i pop myself almost daily, it's cheap, quick, filling and full of fiber

nice meeting both of you. I'm hoping that doing this challenge will help me learn better eating habits. it takes 3 weeks, or 21 days, for something to become a habit. for the past few years my habit has been quick easy food, whether fast food, prepackaged meals. And that's crazy, cause i love to cook! But, since i live…

congratulations!
-
I've never heard of SOS PANIC, but you are more than welcome to start a topic about it.
-
That's a good point. To me, fast food is anything that is processed and pre-packaged. I just wanted to see what other people thought.
-
We can be accountable to each other, although I'm not tracking my food right now. But, when i do, you are welcome to check out my diary.
-
Welcome! You can do it, we all can!
-
not late at all, we're all just starting
-
were you able to join without me inviting you? if so, that's awesome.
-
Okay, I have started a group for the challege. here is a link to it. This is my first group, so i'm not sure if I have to invite each person individually or not. Hopefully, it's open to everyone to join on their on, cause I sleep all day. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/21640-21-day-challenge-group

I haven't thought about starting a group for it. But that sounds like a good idea. I'll check into it tonight.

Woohoo! Don't everyone reply at once

I use Hemp protein powder. It seems to be less expensive than the pea or rice protein, at least in my area. It mixes pretty well in my smoothies, and it has a calming effect on my mood.
-
I do line dancing in my living room.
-
YES! YES! YES!
-
I love a man's adams apple, don't know why, but I do
-
I have added beans to my smoothies, they add lots of healthy protein and fiber, and you don't get the gross factor from liquified meats.

Thanks Everybody!

thanks for the add. I was also on MFP before, and just didn't stick with it. I'll be 39 at the end of May, and want to enter the next year at 200lbs or less. Thanks again, we all need all the support we can get.
