Calorie Burn Estimator
Does anyone have a good website they use to estimate calorie burn during workouts? The ones I have found seem limited in the exercises they offer. I am looking for ones that will help with estimating calorie burn for high intense workouts with weights (ie.: cross fit classes)

Protein
MFP has my suggested consumption of protein a lot lower then what I actually consume. Does anyone know if to much protein will have a negative result or slow progress? I do exercise regularly and lift weights.
