loosing weight rapidly, is it normal?
Hi! After last year's unsuccesful try, I've started mfp again this year, with huge success so far. I was 122 kg when I started to count the calories, in march 17. I keep a constant 910 Kcal deficit (2550 Kcal daily needed, and I'm eating 1640), also walk/jog regulary. I've lost 7 kg already, and don't feel hungry, tired,…
