Not to toot my own horn....
..but I am SO proud of myself!! Yesterday I completed my very first race!! I came in at 53:25, 143/318 runners and 20/39 in my age group!! And was the course EVER hilly! But I ran every step and up every hill!! Might not be considered a good time or place to some but I went with the goal to do the best I could! Already…

I've been in an exercise rut for awhile now and I live in a small town so there aren't many fitness classes made available to me. Since losing 20lbs with a previous weight loss program, I have been on a plateau for MONTHS! It's been frustrating! I came across this website and am very impressed with what I see so far. I'm hoping this will help me FINALLY get to goal. :) Just thought I'd introduce myself to you all!
