Hi everyone! I used this site awhile ago and am now coming back. My boyfriend just left today for our state police academy for 6 months, so I am going to take these 6 months to really focus on myself and my goals. Ultimately, I have to lose about 100 pounds total, so please add me, and we can stay on this journey together!

Packing Lunches
I commute to college, so I feel like I am always running around. I am usually on campus for lunch but always bring my lunch with me. I am starting to get tired of the normal yogurt, 100 calorie pack, and salad for lunch. Any other ideas?

YouTube Workouts
Does anyone ever do any of the workouts on YouTube as opposed to going to the gym? If so, what are your favorites? I do them once in awhile but some of them feel like a total waste of time. I have a gym membership but don't always have time to go.

People with PCOS- help!
Hey all. I was wondering with those with PCOS limit their carb intake to per day. I tried doing Atkins, but it was making me so sick that it was affecting my day-to-day things that I have to do. When I try doing my recommended carbs per day, I don't lose any weight. Also, feel free to add me!
