Packing Lunches

I commute to college, so I feel like I am always running around. I am usually on campus for lunch but always bring my lunch with me. I am starting to get tired of the normal yogurt, 100 calorie pack, and salad for lunch. Any other ideas?

    Maybe substitute a small sandwich for the 100 calorie packs? Change around your salad or type of dressing? Include some fruit? Change around the yogurt type or flavor? Just snowballing here... :)

    Thermos of soup, crackers, piece of fruit.

    Smoothie and a piece of bread or meat/cheese rollup

    Hummus, veggies, pita

    Tuna/chicken salad and lettuce leaves to make wraps

    charcuterie plate (some mix of cold cuts, fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, pickley things, crackers)

    Fritatta or crustless quiche
