Cardio and Weight Routines

Hi everyone. I was wondering how everyone balances out their cardio/weights. I have an hour each morning to squeeze exercise in, and I would like to make the most out of it.

I prefer cardio after lifting.
Cardio vs lifting time depends on what your goals are. My personal preference is 20 minutes of cardio minimum. More cardio if my goal is to lose fat. If I was trying to lose weight while maintaining LBM, I would go for 30 minutes of cardio after trying to squeeze in my lifting with super sets. Recomping or bulking, 40/20 lifting vs cardio. (If I only had an hour).0
