When you plan to splurge...
Do you bank your calories, or workout more to compensate? If you treat yourself to a 600 calorie cupcake (for instance I have no idea how accurate that is), do you short yourself 600 calories the day before, skip 600 calories on a meal, or workout 30 minutes more?
