I've been taking CLA on and off for a few years now. I normally buy the Bodybuilding.com CLA brand, but I'm thinking about branching out... any suggestions? Is MusclePharm better? Or maybe another brand that I don't know about?? Thanks!

I just received a fitbit for christmas and have set it up. I finally figured out how to work it, and went to check that it synched and it says I have burned 1400 calories already?!? I only put the thing on 2 minutes ago... can someone explain this to me???

Upped my cals.. but confused.
I figured out my TDEE/BMR/Body Fat %, etc. From this info I have decided to increase my calories to 1800 (it was previously set to 1500).
