Returning!!
I’m back after a long break. I went to WW with some success then stalled. Jumped to Noom with ZERO loss except in my wallet. I’m looking to get back on track here and hope to come t with a community for support and advice. Everything looks different since I was here last

Logging exercise?
I am just getting back to the gym. When I try to log my exercise it doesn't go to the negative. My pacer info goes in and subtracts from my total but when I add walking from the gym, separate from pacer, it adds. Am I doing something wrong? Does this even make sense? How do I get my exercise to subtract? Thanks

Looking for a group that is focused on heart health.
I went into the doctor last week with chest tightness, stress test, ultrasound, EKG, and labs all came back normal. First run today!
Ventured out in the cold today after I got the kids on the bus. Tried to do couch to 5k. UM. Im not up to that yet. I couldn't finnish the first day. So I will hit the first day again tomorrow. I AM GOING TO BE A RUNNER!

V- day fitbit for the wife
My wife asked for a fitbit for christmas. I wasn't able to get one at the time (kids cost a LOT). I was thinking about getting one for V-day but have no clue what to get. Money is still a little bit of an issue so I want to bet my moneys worth. Any Help on what to get would be appreciated. I know next to nothing about them.

Home gyms???
Is anyone haven success with run/walking and using a home gym? We had do drop our gym membership. I do have a Weider Crossbow ( kinda like a bowflex) and thanks to my new stent I feel like trying to run. Thats soooo not the old me. Just want to know if anyone else is doing it and having success this way?

Why does MFP not give credit for strength training?
Am I missing something? I want to do more strength training and was wondering why MFP gives credit for cardio but not strength training?

How do you stop cravings?
I want to know how you stop your cravings. I have no problem all day, My desire for the foods I shouldn't have hits me as soon as I get my kids to bed. I am having a hard time saying no. Chips, hot dogs, and ice cream are my biggest monsters.
