I’m back after a long break. I went to WW with some success then stalled. Jumped to Noom with ZERO loss except in my wallet. I’m looking to get back on track here and hope to come t with a community for support and advice. Everything looks different since I was here last

Welcome @ciscosdad! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Noom, but I hope that doesn't detract from your desire to get healthy. Hopefully MFP is a better fit for you.

I have used MFP for over 11 years on and off. It sure has changed a lot since the last time that I was on here. Most of my groups are gone or not active. Honestly I liked the social and motivation I had with some of those groups. It seems that that aspects of the app has mostly gone away. It’s only my second day back, I hope I’m wrong and I just haven’t found “MY” groups yet.

Good luck finding a group there is a middle aged group which is good and lose1lb and keep it off which you fill in charts and do challenges, which I like . I also joined a Hogwarts group which was super fun doing massivebof challenges each week. I am sure you will find something or try adding some friends to support and motivation you.
