Eating before working out
I used to rely on a pre-workout supplement to give me lots of energy before a workout. The jittery feeling and heart palpitations are enough to realize that's not a good choice! I don't drink coffee so that's out... what energy boosting foods/drinks help before a hard workout?

Nike Fuel Band
I finally decided to turn in my Fitbit Force Wristband since they were recalled several months ago. I absolutely loved it so it sucks to let it go. I'm looking into getting a Nike Fuel Band but the reviews on their website seem mixed... Are there any Nike Fuel Band users here that can give some feedback?
