Hello, wondering if there's a way to add to my diet to increase my energy while dieting. Protein makes up 35 of my daily macros, and carbs 40. I've been eating veggies mostly for other part. I want to feel more energetic while losing weight.

Hello, I have been losing about 2 lbs a week for the past 3 weeks. Yea! Yesterday however, I felt very low energy. I'm thinking about just eating more protein. Could it be something else food related? Trying to adjust my eating so I have energy again and still lose weight. Thanks~

How can I have gained 2.5 pounds in 3 days? I don't think it's possible when I ate at my calorie goal. It has to be water weight. How does water weight work? How do you reduce it?

Losing weight for wedding
Hi All, I'm getting married on June 22nd of this year and want to lose 15 lbs before the big day. I lost 20 lbs over 2 years ago eating 6 small meals a day.
