Hello,
I have been losing about 2 lbs a week for the past 3 weeks. Yea! Yesterday however, I felt very low energy. I'm thinking about just eating more protein. Could it be something else food related? Trying to adjust my eating so I have energy again and still lose weight. Thanks~

In my case and hubby's too. Lack of energy is related to lack of carbs. I didn't see what you are eating on your diary. What do you usually eat in a day?0

You may be eating too little.
What is your height, weight and calorie goal?0 -
Your goal of 2 pounds per week may be too aggressive if you have less than 20 pounds to lose.
I tried to help by looking at your diary but you don't log here. Do you log somewhere else? How do you keep track of calories and macros?0 -
With only 15 pounds to lose, you should have your goal set at .5 pounds a week. You're not eating enough, therefore have no energy.0

Well, calories are the energy your body uses for everything. If it's using all the energy you're putting into it and also some of your stored body tissues for energy the. It's entirely normal for you to feel the lack of energy. Your body will take care of vital functions first and unfortunately, your sense of energy is t one of them. 2 lbs does sound like a bit of a trial for your body to continue to achieve and I'd feel awful if I tried that level of loss. But we're all different!0

sometimes, very low cal diets lack in some nutrients
If the OP is eating too few calories, a daily multi-vitamin is going to be much less helpful than adjusting calorie intake.0 -

This^
Closer to goal....weekly weight loss should be moderate. You could be eating too little.
Fast weight loss makes it hard for your body to support existing lean muscle mass....a vitamin won't help you there.0 -
My guess is that you need to eat more but I can't be totally sure since your food diary appears to be blank.
What are you eating? How much? How are you determining how much you're eating and how many calories it contains?0
