Ive been in a bulk for about 6 weeks using 50/25/25 split. I'm getting too bloated from the carbs. I'm wondering if carb cycling may help, especially with fat gains. confused with figuring out asjustments to my diet
I have been weight training roughly for a year now and have seen some great gains in muscle definition. I am 5"4 118lbs roughly 12-14 percent body fat.
