So I had a really yumm grilled chicken chopped salad this afternoon for lunch. How do I count that. It had greek dressing ,(no clue what it was ..but it was an oil vinagar base.) grilled chicken/cucumbers/black olives /feta cheese/lettuce/tomatoe chopped in the amount of approx 2 cups. I have a trainer twice a week for 50 minutes . Kinda wondering how many calories does resistance training burn...I can plug in what I do,,,just dont know how many calories I am burning ,it would be rewarding to know. Thanks KIM

I have recently been to an outing with a buffet. Although I did fair with the portions I am puzzled as to how to calorie count with small bits of food ,for example a peice of chicken size of a golf ball, or 5 noodles of ziti.
