It's been almost a month of trying to hit 1700 calories a day. I seriously thought it was longer until I went back and checked the date of my initial post. Is anyone doing this? Anyone who has completed want to share tips and results? I started about two weeks ago. Only doing 3 to 4 days a week. The only exercise I don't do is the side planks with the leg raise. I have problems with my wrist. I have metal plates in my right arm so I do crunches for that move instead.
