so i calculated my bmr and dont know what to use for how active I am. I have 3 year old twins and we walk a lot ( i am a single mom so I cant go to the gym etc) but I dont know if I should consider this light or moderate exercise?
my kids are only in school 2 days a week ( has anyone done this program only 2 days a week or has anyone taken there kids for a run with a regular stroller)?
