BMR calculations

so i calculated my bmr and dont know what to use for how active I am. I have 3 year old twins and we walk a lot ( i am a single mom so I cant go to the gym etc) but I dont know if I should consider this light or moderate exercise?

if you consider the walking as part of putting your settings at "active" lifestyle, then don't count the walking as exercise calories. If you consider the rest of your day, not counting the walking with your kids, do you move all the time? Are you sitting and playing with kids or are you up and going going going? If you're up all the time, active lifestyle. If you're sitting reading, playing games, etc, then don't select active and then count your walking with kids as added exercise.0
