So I've been doing this yoga workout from The Biggest Loser on ON Demand...but I have no clue how to log it? How do I know how many calories I burn? It's a 30 minute workout...I love it so far but haven't been able to log it.
I don't think i've ever really come close to going over my fat for the day...but today I went 13g over. Is that bad? the foods that it came from(peanut butter, avocado, cheese) those aren't bad bad fats right?
