hmm alright that makes more sense...cause if it was just Hatha or whatever it says I only burnt 97 calories but using that formula it says I should have burnt around 230 which I like better...haha

haha yeah I just did half of an avocado cut up in a turkey wrap.....oh well one day going over ain't gonna kill me...lol...i'm still under on my cal's and carb's so I say I'm fine...lol

I don't think i've ever really come close to going over my fat for the day...but today I went 13g over. Is that bad? the foods that it came from(peanut butter, avocado, cheese) those aren't bad bad fats right?

I've been doing the Total Body Band Workout under Men's Fitness on Exercise TV on Demand...it's a 10 minute workout using a resistance band...it's a great workout but how do I list it on here?

ok...i mean i only went over cause I had a piece of chicken for lunch and dinner cause it's all i had in the house..lol i did that equation to figure out how much I should eat so I did 168.5 x .45 =75.825 x .8 =60.66 so I should aim for 60g of Protein a day?

I did Jackie's Upper workout yesterday....my back and sholders are still feeling it and did lower today...my legs are jelly....I've already done the abs before so I know what I'm in for tomorrow...the toughest thing that she has you do on that I think is the "crab crunch" I'm sooo not that coordinated...lol

oh my..that sounds like it'll burn! haha if you have On Demand...check out Exercise TV...they have Jackie Warner from Bravo's "Workout" and she has a killer ab workout...as well as an upper and lower body workout(I did lower today and my legs are jelly)
