  • hmm alright that makes more sense...cause if it was just Hatha or whatever it says I only burnt 97 calories but using that formula it says I should have burnt around 230 which I like better...haha

  • I did Jackie's Upper workout yesterday....my back and sholders are still feeling it and did lower today...my legs are jelly....I've already done the abs before so I know what I'm in for tomorrow...the toughest thing that she has you do on that I think is the "crab crunch" I'm sooo not that coordinated...lol
