Biggest Loser Yoga on ExerciseTV on Deman

So I've been doing this yoga workout from The Biggest Loser on ON Demand...but I have no clue how to log it? How do I know how many calories I burn? It's a 30 minute workout...I love it so far but haven't been able to log it.

is that it? Cause this is fat-burning yoga, didn't know if there was a difference between "stretching yoga" and "fat burning yoga"?0

Power yoga/Vinyassa/Ashtanga burns more calories than Hatha.
You can calculate the calories per hour using this formula:
Weight (in kg, kg = lbs/2.2) * METS = Calories Burned per hour
METS are Metabolic Equivalent Tasks and tables for this exist out on the web. Fat-burning yoga probably falls into the 6-7 MET range.0 -
hmm alright that makes more sense...cause if it was just Hatha or whatever it says I only burnt 97 calories but using that formula it says I should have burnt around 230 which I like better...haha0
