I don't think i've ever really come close to going over my fat for the day...but today I went 13g over. Is that bad? the foods that it came from(peanut butter, avocado, cheese) those aren't bad bad fats right?

I always thought avacados were good for you, but now I am hearing that they are acutally really fattening. But I don't know, you shoud see what others say on here.

There is nothing wrong with eating avocado. Although it is high in cals (almost 300 per avo), fat, and cholesterol, it's made up of the good fats and healthy type of cholesterol. I find it hard to believe that anything that comes from the ground is bad for us. Put avocado in a highly processed dip with cream, recipe for disaster. Keep things whole, natural, and you will be fine. Of course moderation is key too, don't eat 5 avos a day and think that you are doing your body good. That's too many cals, enjoy avocados!0

haha yeah I just did half of an avocado cut up in a turkey wrap.....oh well one day going over ain't gonna kill me...lol...i'm still under on my cal's and carb's so I say I'm fine...lol0
