Started CLX/TF hybrid this week. Anyone else?
I started the Chalean Extreme/Turbofire hybrid on Monday 5/13. I'm currently on Day 4. Who else started this week?

Follow the food guide or set your own macros?
I'm starting the CLX/Turbofire hybrid on Monday. I'm currently eating TDEE - 15%, and plan to eat at that calorie level for the duration of the program. My macros are currently set to 40% carb and 30% each protein and fat. Are you all following the food guide, or are you setting your own macros? 30% protein has me eating…

fit girl problems
All my friends are losing tons of weight with diet pills, weight watchers, and yoga. And I'm over here like "Hey I just squatted a million pounds and gained 10 pounds... On purpose..."

How do you know how much to cut? (5, 10, or 15%)
Do you determine your cut level by how much weight you want to lose or how quickly you want to lose it? I'm currently at 175, and my intended goal weight is 150. 25 pounds to lose. So I was thinking I would cut at TDEE - 15%. If I stall out, do I increase from there to TDEE - 10%? Or is it mainly trial and error?

Cardio cardio CARDIO!!! Steady State or HIIT?
Hello! I'm here after being stuck in a 2 year plateau :-p. Went from 224 to 164 the first year. I've bounced from 161 to 174 for a couple of years now, without really knowing what I'm doing. I do know I like running now, and lifting. I found this group a couple of weeks ago, after slashing my calories yet AGAIN from…

Questions about TDEE and ALL THAT JAZZ
Okay, so I *think* I've figured out how many calories to eat, by calculating my BMR and TDEE and all of that. Here are my stats: Age: 30 Gender: Female Ht: 5'7" Wt: 169 BF%: 33-34% BMR: 1465 I lift heavy 3x a week and do a mixture of HIIT and steady cardio 4-5x a week. I figured this would make me "moderately active", so…

I don't know what the heck I'm doing!
I don't know how to get to my final goal weight. And it bothers me. I started off in 2010 at 224, and lost 60 pounds in less than a year. I tracked all of my food and exercise calories. I found activities that I enjoy doing. I did a lot of cardio, and did some resistance training a few times a week. In 2011, I learned…

Last 20-25 pounds! Losing momentum!!! HELP!
Dude, the first 60 pounds seemed so much easier. I started in January 2010 and I think I'm sick of trying to lose weight. The good thing is that I've made a *very* gradual lifestyle change, and I've identified activities I can stick with because I truly love them (running, lifting, zumba). I have spent the last year…
