I gained 5lbs, but you know what, it's ok. This morning, I could feel my fat as I sat down, and I'm tired of it! I'm bigger than every cookie, cobbler, and piece of candy that I pick up. Today, I say NO MORE! We can do it guys! What is something that helps you guys stay on track?

I can't believe I just are a cheese bagel with cream cheese. I should have went with my first mind and ate my Special K. How do avoid eating these types of things when co-workers bring in breakfast/lunch/potlucks?
