I gained 5lbs, but you know what, it's ok. This morning, I could feel my fat as I sat down, and I'm tired of it! I'm bigger than every cookie, cobbler, and piece of candy that I pick up. Today, I say NO MORE! We can do it guys! What is something that helps you guys stay on track?

everytime im hungry for those cookies and brownies, i look at pictures of swimsuit models and think about how much i want to look like them. haha. gets the job done!0
