Hey guys! I'm running my first 5K next Sunday and I'd greatly appreciate any advice or tips you guys might have. One thing about me is that I run first thing in the morning and prefer not to eat before a run. I've read I shouldn't change habits on race day. Is that a good idea?
I feel so awesome and I just wanna show you guys that hard work, patience and moderation is all it takes for some. I never stopped eating the foods I love and I managed to get to this point.
