Dumb Q on Frozen Foods
When counting calories on frozen foods, are the weights listed on the package the frozen or cooked weights? For example, the steak fries I enjoyed yesterday say a serving size is 3 oz, but obviously they weigh more frozen than cooked. Do I weigh before or after cooking? Thanks for humoring me. :)

counting 30 ds as exercise?
Hey everyone, I just started 30 Day Shred today and was wondering how you have counted this in your exercise on MFP. When I search for "30 day shred" it recommends I look up "30 tai shred" (??) which also has no results. Any advice you have would be great. Thanks!!
