My first weigh in
So I started up MFP today and I weighed in at 159.8. I will try to stick to the 1200 daily calories (which seems like such a small amount!) and I plan to exercise at least 3 times a week. Aim is to lose 2lbs this week!
I have lost 6lbs so far and can feel a difference in my stomach. I have work trousers that are a bit big so the weekend I was like ok, time to get 1 new pair of trousers. Went into a shop to get the smaller size, which I used to be, and they were a solid 2 inches away from closing. Another pair in the same shop, same size…

Confused re calories
Im confused with how many calories I should be eating... MFP says I should have 1200 a day, which is fine, but then when I exercise its telling me to eat more... why is that? Is it not better to eat a certain amount and then exercise to lose weight?? I have read some people on here saying you have to eat what mfp says you…
