Back in the game: dropping body fat. Support, anyone?
I am getting back into the game. Although I would like to hit 130 pounds, I would like to hit 18% body fat first. Is there anyone that wants someone to positively support their journey and help keep them on track as you support mine?

What are some things that you try to limit eating?
Just want some insight from others! Personally, I'm trying to limit sugar and sodium while increasing protein, iron, calcium, and potassium (exercise a lot and don't eat a lot of meat).
