Trying Not to Be a Kickboxing Binger!

I've had a terrible habit of binging on food ever since I moved to Korea. Before I moved to this country in 2012, I was consistently 139.2 pounds (5'6"). Then, I gained weight. I went up to 68.5 kilograms (151 pounds). Since then, I have lost weight. Through a year of kickboxing and binge eating, I'm now down to 62 kilograms (136.7 pounds). My goal is to drop to 57 kilograms (125.7 lbs). I want to compete competitively in kickboxing around that weight without having to starve myself days before competition. (I'm in Korea... 60kg is a heavy category for females without many competitors)
I believe that I can do it through proper dieting. But I reeeeally need support trying to eat correctly... and not go on a binge. How do you avoid binges? Especially when out with friends who can eat everything and not worry about weight or competitions?
Ask me any questions you want! I can totally give advice about exercises and such. We can support each other.
