Met my second goal
As of today I have lost 10 lbs. Certainly not a lot of tonnage, but I had sooo much trouble in the beginning! I've also lost 2 sizes and I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in over 18 months. I never thought I'd wear them again!

Do you lose less . . .
As you begin to weigh less, do you begin to lose less each week? I noticed on MFP when I first started that it told me I would lose 1.8 lbs each weeks. When I look at the bottom each day now, its showing weight loss around 1 lb each week. Do you lose less if you stay at the same calorie level as you lose weight?

Yay!!! As of today I met my first goal
Don't get overly excited! It was only 5 lbs. But I lost 5.5 lbs in 3 weeks and I'm sooo happy. It was NOT easy. I fought for every little bitty ounce of it!

Help with 1200 calories a day diet
I knew when I started this that I would have to shave off my total calories gradually in order to reach 1200. I also believed my appetite would diminish.
