is it ok to treat yourself?
as long as you're under your calories? I had a cup of fried potato I'm still under my calories ( by 500 actually) but I'm worried I just shot myself in the foot, I very rarely eat anything fried now I just had a craving for it today.

Milk with each meal?
I tend to drink one cup of milk with my meals It gives me a good amount of calories and I love milk but I think that's why I keep going over my fat by one or two. is this ok or should I cut it out completely?

How long did your weightloss take to show?
Long story short I'm starting to not be so motivated I was hoping maybe I could take off enough weight to fit into a pair of shorts I had bought for the summer and I just don't notice much of a change, I have been on here for a few days but have been dieting for around three weeks.

I keep going over my Sugar and fat
I can't seem to keep it under the limit, always one or two over sugar I can understand because of the fact I eat a crap ton of fruit. bit confused on the fat though. :s
