I can't seem to keep it under the limit, always one or two over sugar I can understand because of the fact I eat a crap ton of fruit.
bit confused on the fat though. :s

don't stress about the sugar macro. your diary isn't public, so it's kinda hard to see how/where/why you're going over.

I don't bother with tracking sugar - if you don't have a medical problem that requires you to watch your sugar intake don't worry about going a bit over. The fat, not sure without seeing your diary. Check your foods and see what ones jump out as being high in fat, cut back on the portion sizes a bit of the things that are higher fat.

I manually adjusted my sugar goal to like 150 which means I don't go over any more. That solved the problem

I cut back on carbs. My sugar came down nicely. Only fruit I eat is berries they are really low in sugar also don't drink juice, water or tea-good luck
  • Bro I go over sugar every day. Worry more about calories and protein. And depending on what kinds of fats you're taking in it might not be that bad. I haven't gone over on fat yet, but I don't eat a lot of fatty stuff like nuts and dairy and whatnot. But that stuff isn't even bad for you.

But seriously ignore the sugar limit on here. I eat like two apples and a protein shake and I'm over according to MFP. I've gone over every day by a few points since I started and I'm making great progress.

For sugar, I focus on avoiding added sugar and personally don't stress over sugars from whole fruit (fresh/frozen, not canned). Sugar is everywhere in processed foods esp. things like salad dressings and ketchup.

I go over my sugar halfway through breakfast. As long as it's from fruit, it's no big deal.

Going over MFP's fat rec is a lot of fat! That would be the one to reduce. Remember, fat is 9 calories per gram, and carbs are only 4 calories per gram. It's way too easy to overeat when you eat a high fat diet, because fat is so calorie dense.
