I'm just starting out on the keto-style food plan & so far (day 2) I'm doing pretty good. But in the evenings I find myself craving the usual snacks (often Skinny Pop popcorn). Are there snack items with less carbs than the 9 in the 100-cal. bag of popcorn?
I do daily reps on our Cardoglider, but don't know how to find that or anything like it on MFP to log it in. It works the arms and the legs, and gets the heart rate up there... so there must be some value in it, I'm sure.
