I do daily reps on our Cardoglider, but don't know how to find that or anything like it on MFP to log it in. It works the arms and the legs, and gets the heart rate up there... so there must be some value in it, I'm sure.

    Is it like an ArcTrainer? Love those things. If it is, you might find it under Gazelle also.
