Days vary...
So I sometimes have one of my usual meals an for the last few days they have left me hungrier than usual. Other days, usually following the hungrier days, I feel very full. I have that once every few months and it's not related to my time of the month. Something hormonal? Seasonal? Right now spring is a hungry week for me

So I am trying to get back to at least a BMI of 20 (rn 19.4) to be healthy again. People openly tell/told me I looked to skinny and I hated the comments and looks I got from my new classmates.
