  • What I think really helps is to know that you don't lose your definition over night (except for water weight, etc). It takes some time, so you can stop when you are unhappy with the results and undo them in "no time".

  • Weight is quite irrelevant because you can have little muscle and look flabby or have a lot of muscle, weigh more, but look slimmer. You look great though, so I would be super proud about where you are at, no matter how much you weigh! :smile:

  • Tried it. Worked for 2 weeks until I one day I was starving after heaps and heaps of fruit... I realised I needed more than sugar. Next day I reversed to a balanced diet and was satisfied.
