Protein choices that are lower in fat

I'm looking for good protein choices that are a little lower in fat. I like to have some nuts/peanut butter for snacks throughout the day, but they quickly eat up my fat allowance for the day. Any higher protein-lower fat recommendations?

I treat my fat as a minimum, myself. There's nothing wrong with exceeding it. That being said, nuts are much more a better source of fat than protein to start with.
Some of my favorite protein sources: lean meats, fish, edamame, eggs, cottage cheese, cheeses, Greek yogurt, asparagus, broccoli, quinoa.0 -
Lean meats such as chicken and turkey are naturally low in fat, but having said that, fat is good for you. Not only is it a natural appetite suppressant, it will also help maintain healthy skin, nails and hair as it helps with nutrient absorption.0

That sounds good. I roll turkey slices around string cheese but I like laughing cow cheese better0 -
Low fat/skim dairy, chicken, turkey, fish, lean pork, and even the leaner cuts of beef all work. Also, vegetarian sources like beans, although they will have carbs too.0
