Calorie limit feels low
My calorie allowance without exercise is only 1250. It feels so low and when I look at other peoples diaries it seems they are allowed more. Am I doing something wrong? I find it hard to stay under my limit.

I realize this is probably a hot topic but I am wondering how everyone feels about soda. Diet vs. regular. Is everyone hard and fast no soda? Do you enjoy a regular soda once in awhile as a rare treat? Are you thinking diet soda is fine and drink it often or do you think it's a horrible chemical to put in your body?

The Daniel Plan
Has anyone here implemented The Daniel Plan and how is it going for you if you have? I like the idea of eating only "real" foods. No preservatives, no processed food and so on but am wondering if you find it difficult to stick with?

I want to know how everyone handles feeling hungry all the time when attempting to lose weight? Do you feel hungry? Do you snack? I feel like when I snack I don't lose weight, even if they are healthy snacks. It seems to eat up too many of my calories for the day so I wanted to hear from you. Do you just gut it out and not…
