My calorie allowance without exercise is only 1250. It feels so low and when I look at other peoples diaries it seems they are allowed more. Am I doing something wrong? I find it hard to stay under my limit.
I realize this is probably a hot topic but I am wondering how everyone feels about soda. Diet vs. regular. Is everyone hard and fast no soda? Do you enjoy a regular soda once in awhile as a rare treat? Are you thinking diet soda is fine and drink it often or do you think it's a horrible chemical to put in your body?
Has anyone here implemented The Daniel Plan and how is it going for you if you have? I like the idea of eating only "real" foods. No preservatives, no processed food and so on but am wondering if you find it difficult to stick with?
Do you guys count those zero calorie sparkling waters toward your water goal?
I want to know how everyone handles feeling hungry all the time when attempting to lose weight? Do you feel hungry? Do you snack?
