Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to advise me on if i should up my calories or not? I want to lose 14lbs and i've been on this for just over 2 weeks now. Hi, i started this a week and a half ago and i was looking to see if anyone wanted to be my friend and we can give each other encouragement.
