  • I wasn't working out at all before, i was recovering from a back injury so only just started again in the last 3 weeks. Could this maybe be why?
  • You don't think that if i up my calories to 1300 or 1350 i will gain? I know its silly but i'm frightened to eat more encase i gain! I guess i could give it a try for a week and see what happens. Thank you for your advice.
  • They won't put you any lower than 1200 as that is what is seen as still healthy, i'm on 1220 a day but i dont have too much to loose now! Good luck!

  • Hello, welcome to MPF! Whats your calorie goal per day? I thought i would be hungry all the time but if you make sure you are still eating decent meals i find it helps. You can have a look at my diary if you want, don't judge though lol! xx

  • I have only been doing this for a week but i have read that it's best to eat back the calories you burn off when exercising. Thats what i did last week and i successfully managed to lose 1 pound (my goal per week). My limit is 1220 calories per day and i love it when i exercise cause i get more freedom with what i eat!…
  • Dont worry about it, i have had days when i have overeaten. Why dont you just do some extra exercise today and then forget about yesterday? I tend to go exercise if i have gone over with my calories and i think it works. Good luck and keep going at it, Hollie x
