Sodium intake problems
I have been an avid runner for years, but have recently started having trouble with my heart. My cardiologist told me to increase my sodium intake to 6000-8000 mg/day. There is no way I can eat that much sodium in a day. Any recommendations for supplements or pills?

is low cal diet if high in protein ok?
I am trying to really up my protein intake while cutting back on carbs and it makes me much less hungry. While I always hit 1200 calories per day, I am not always able to eat back all of my exercise calories. So more often than not my net calorie count is 950-1100. Is this healthy/ safe?

protein shakes
I have started making low calorie protein shakes for breakfast in the mornings. What are some of yalls favorite recipes?? (I dont want to get bored with the few that I have!!)

the closer I get to my goal, the harder it becomes
I weighed in this morning and, while I still lost, it wasnt nearly as much as I have been losing every week. The closer I get to my goal the harder it is to keep losing the weight and the more I start giving up on it.
