Silly NSV
Today I just did my FIRST full 45 minutes workout. I do Nike Training Club app, I love it! So far I have been doing the 30 minutes ones, and could not believe I would ever stand 45 minutes. I heard or read that if your body hurts the next day after you work out, then you over-did it. Is it true?

Nike Training Club
I use nike training club app on my ipod to do my workouts. I think it's pretty good. But how do I know how many calories it burns? Does anybody know more about this app or how to log that type of exercise in mfp?

Best time to exercise
When is it best to exercise? And why? Morning, evening? Before a meal, after a meal? How long before or after meals? Are there any negative consequences exercising at the "wrong" time of the day?

Why, oh Why!
So I am exercising, trying to get serious this time, and also trying to make it a lifestyle change. But when I work out in the Nike Training Club for 30 minutes, MFP states I burned 240 calories. Really? ONLY 240 calories and all that work? Oh boy! On another note, will this get rid of my cellulite?

How do you know is too much?
I am not very well informed when it comes to exercising. To me, sweating was too much, so Pilates was enough. Running has never been my thing. Worried for friend
My friend is trying to lose weight and lost 20lbs so far. She looks great. She lost the pounds by dieting and no exercise, but I am worried about her.
