anyone take adipex-p to aid in weight loss?
Dr is baffled also on why I am not losing and that all my blood tests are clean....no insulin problems and no thyroid problems and still no change in the scale or the tape measure in over a month. so he is prescribing this as a 1/2 dose a day no more than a month. anyone else ever try it or go on it with success?

just got a heart rate monitor with chest strap....so what is more accurate the monitor or the machine you enter all you personal data into and then workout on. neither # matches and then someone told me that the machines are usually overestimating your calories and stuff vs the monitor...
