i posted the other formulas on finding if you are an apple, pear or avacado and the ratios that go with them

If you want the book...it is called Women's Health Perfect Body Diet
by cassandra Forsythe, MS

It includes basic ratios and formulas for body types as well as realistic weight requirements based on bone size and height a basic eating guide and tons of exercises you can do with minimal equipment at home....(free weights and a ball and possibly a bench) I used my kids wooden toy box for that

and here I had this book all along at home and never bothered to read it. My husband was using it to do free weight exercises to build arm muscles.

Interesting and pretty accurate read so far.

    Ya it's awesome... I really like taht it also looks at personal and societal attitudes around "health" and "thinness" as well and self esteem. Hated the diet portion however... I found I was making WAY too many substitutions... but some good ideas!
